The a single room room was included with a very nice style, 1 double bed and AC. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, as well as owner. The location was unbeatable, very close to Beaches Fine Arts Series. A bus stop was close to hotel.

Behind a very unassuming front door, this little B&B is such a lovely surprise. The rooms are just like on th photos - truly! The rooms are simple, spacious and pretty (not dull or cheap looking like some budget hotels). The staff aren't there all day - the owner met us out on the street on the evening we arrived and we were greeted each morning with coffee and a pastry - but otherwise you're left to your own devices which was very pleasant. They are very helpful, we had contact numbers in case of a problem (there was none) and they gave some interesting recommendations. It is helpfully located very close to underground and bus stops. Top tip: bus 280 takes you into the trastevere area, even closer to walk to the south-central sights but walking to most places is easy enough, especially the Vatican. Definitely would go back.

It is very conveniently located near historic Rome, Vatican City, and close to a metro station. Silent, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fairly good but was served at an uncomfortable and small place.
Does not have a frigobar in the rooms and does not have a working freezer within the B&B. Wifi service is marginal because of very low signal strength. Shower temperature varies wildly while you take a bath.

Perfect location for visiting Rome. I would like to underline the room cleaning and the service offered by the lady in charge. She knows three languages (English, Italian, Romanian) and is doing everything with dedication. The owner is looking for customers satisfaction and ready to help with everything requested by visitors. I really recommend this location for families visiting Rome. Another advantage of this apartment is the fact that it is close to the metro station (Lepanto) with posibilities to visit every location in few minutes.
My recommendation is to to something with the lightening inside the room, eventually change the bulbs. There is not enough light.
